01General provisions
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern purchases made in the AAgafLV online store operated by SIA "AAgafLV", registration No. 40203677612, legal address: 18. novembra iela 38, Vecstropi, Naujenes pagasts, Augšdaugavas novads, LV-5413, Latvia ("the Seller"). By placing an order you confirm that you have read and accept these Terms.
Consumers retain all rights granted by the Latvian Consumer Rights Protection Law and EU consumer legislation; nothing in these Terms limits those rights.
02Orders & contract
An order placed on the Site constitutes an offer to purchase. The contract is concluded when we confirm dispatch of your order by e-mail. We may decline an order in case of stock errors, obvious pricing mistakes or suspected fraud — any amount already paid is refunded in full.
03Prices & payment
All prices are in euros (EUR) and include Latvian VAT (21%). The price applicable to your order is the one displayed at the moment the order is placed. Delivery costs, if any, are shown at checkout before you confirm the order.
Payment is accepted by the methods listed at checkout (bank transfer, card payment via our payment provider). Goods remain the property of the Seller until paid in full.
04Delivery
Orders confirmed before 15:00 (EET) on a business day are dispatched within 24 hours. Estimated delivery time within the EU is 1–3 business days by courier or parcel locker. Shipping is free for orders over €99; otherwise the fee shown at checkout applies (from €4.99).
If a delivery is delayed or lost, contact us and we will trace the parcel or send a replacement/refund as appropriate.
0514-day right of withdrawal
Consumers may withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. To exercise the right, notify us at mail@mail.com within the period and return the goods within a further 14 days.
Goods should be returned complete, undamaged and preferably in the original packaging. You are liable only for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is needed to establish the nature and functioning of the goods. We refund all payments, including standard delivery, within 14 days of receiving the goods back.
06Warranty & non-conformity
All products carry a 24-month manufacturer warranty valid in the EU, serviced through the Seller. Independently of the warranty, consumers may invoke statutory remedies for non-conforming goods within two years of delivery (repair, replacement, price reduction or refund).
To make a claim, contact us with your order number and a description of the defect. We cover reasonable return shipping for justified claims.
07Liability
The Seller is liable in accordance with applicable law. We are not liable for indirect losses caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control (force majeure). Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
08Disputes & applicable law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia. Disputes are first resolved by negotiation; consumers may also apply to the Consumer Rights Protection Centre (PTAC) or use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/odr. Otherwise disputes are settled in the courts of the Republic of Latvia.
